  1.                          WRITE-OFF & ADJUSTMENT HELP

  3. In the (M)ake and (E)dit modes:
  4.   -> Category: the general category into which this adjustment falls - for
  5.        listing, press F1 when cursor is at the Category item.
  6.   -> (W)rite-off or (C)harge: if you wish to increase the client's balance
  7.        due, enter "C"; to decrease what you are owed, enter "W".

  9. In the (H)unt mode:
  10.   -> Be sure that gates F and G are set for the proper range of dates to be
  11.        covered by the hunt.
  12.   -> If you want ManageX to report only those adjustments which are for cases
  13.        in a certain Area of Business range, set gates B and C accordingly; set
  14.        gates D and E if you want only certain categories of adjustments to be
  15.        reported.
  16.   -> To see each adjustment's full entry screen, change gate I.
